Did You Know?

Standard

I was told a long time ago to cover your paintbrushes with foil or saran wrap if you need to use them again, but are done for the day.  They don’t dry out if you’re just needing to continue painting in the next couple of days.  If it’s going to be more than a couple of days, you can stick them wrapped – in your FREEZER.  I was looking for some frozen chicken last week and found this paint brush in my freezer, lol.  The color of the paint is “Acapulco Sunrise” by Behr and it’s the color I put on my back door.  I painted that door LAST YEAR!  I was laughing my head off and thought to myself, “well, I wonder if this will still work”?  I unwrapped it and started running some warm water over it.  I cleaned it the best I could and then let it sit in soapy water overnight.  I was soooo surprised how clean that brush came out, it was perfect!  Excellent idea when you have some touch up to do but aren’t ready to paint just yet.  😉
