Last week (Thursday & Friday) I was at a Leadership Conference in Loveland, Colorado.  Every year a church out of Chicago, called “Willowcreek” hosts what they call “The Global Leadership Summit” live via satellite across the world.  The conference is for church and business leaders and they have some great speakers.  Bill Hybels is the founder & Senior Pastor at Willowcreek.  He is an author, great speaker – so funny and relevant.  One of the speakers was Collin Powell, very impressive and I was so surprised at what a sense of humor he had.
