Lol – Did you know that there are male bell peppers & female bell peppers?  The things I’ve learned growing a garden blow my mind, lol.  If you check the bottoms of your bell peppers they either have 3 bumps or 4 bumps.  Here is the difference:

3 Bumps = Male Bell Pepper: Less seeds and better to cook with.

4 Bumps = Female Bell Pepper: Best for eating raw, they’re sweeter & have more seeds.
