My Little Farmhouse Fixer Upper

Here it is!!! My little Farmhouse Fixer Upper with emphasis on “fixer upper”.  It is exactly what I was looking for, a small house (built in 1958) with big yard and the barn/garage is a bonus!! LOL, seriously who doesn’t want a barn?!  It’s a 3 bedroom, 1 bath ranch house on a 1/3 acre.  There’s another 10ft behind the barn that backs up to horse pasture.  It’s a little piece of country, kinda sorta in the city.  It’s unincorporated Adams County and is on well & septic.  I have big plans for this cute little “Grammy Ronda Farmhouse” so be forewarned, my blog is about to turn into DIY Projects Central, LOL!

  3. Love it, and boy do you have your work cut out for you!! AND, the house was built the year you were born!! Just took you 55+ years to find it! Can’t wait to see your transformations come to life. .
