Christmas Traditions

Standard

Ever since the beginning of time, well since Jason was born, 28 years ago, I’ve always sent a Christmas “picture” card as our Christmas card.  Probably missed a year or two but it’s been a family tradition for me and the kids.  I love to go shopping the day after Christmas and score on several items, wrapping paper (that you can use all year round – Hobby Lobby has the best!), Christmas decor and Christmas picture frames.  Several years ago I decided that since I’m addicted to picture frames that I would go back and get copies of all of our Christmas picture cards from over the years.  I put them all in red or Christmas specific picture frames and I put them ALL up at Christmas time and then pack them away after Christmas.  It is so much fun to see how much the kids have grown over the years!! I found these two frames at HomeGoods.  And if I haven’t mentioned it before, anything made in Italy just grabs my attention.  These frames are gorgeous and have a high gloss lacquer on them.  These will make a beautiful addition to my Christmas frame collection!
