Belle’s 4th Birthday Party

Standard

This little cutie turned 4 last week!  She had a “Peppa Pig Tea Party” and it was perfect!

Tara did such a beautiful job – so many special touches!

Every treat – yes EVERY treat was made by Tara  . . . and those french macaroons and the lemon curd . . . to die for!!! Seriously!

Yummy sandwiches and an variety of delicious cookies – I didn’t get a pic of the chocolate covered orange rinds – crazy good!

Tara bought a regular sheet cake at the store and then dolled it up with Belle’s Peppa Pig toys.  She added the ganache for mud holes – so cute!

Tea Party Time!

Love this kid!

The cutest tea pot ever – filled with Strawberry Milk.

4 years old! Where does the time go?

Happy 4th Birthday Belley Boo!

I have known this sweet lady and her family for over 40 years and today we actually become SISTERS!  Denise and her family lived in the same neighborhood we did and we met during Junior High School (Middle School).  We have been besties over the years and TODAY my brother, Randy and her sister, Sally are getting married!! Wish I was out there to celebrate with you all.  Happy late “Siblings Day” Sis! LOL   xoxo   Hugs & kisses to Randy & Sally!!

I have this little clay handprint hanging on my inspiration wall in my bathroom.

I was about 5 years old when it was made.

Belle is turning 4 years old this year and her hand almost fits!  Look at that cute face!!

Seriously!! This Girl!!

So I’m going through the stuff I took out of my “catch-all” room (now my studio) and came across this cute little owl.  I sent this pic to Tara and asked her if she wanted it – she loves owls.  She said “definitely, I’ll think I’ll paint it”.

Seriously??!!!!  This girl is too much!!!!! She painted that owl and it does NOT even look the same!  Tara, your painting skills are off the charts!

Love!

“Creative U” & Grandkids Day!

Standard

Last year I started grandkids day – just me & them doing something special.  Last year we did it before Christmas and made cookies & gingerbread houses.

This year we went to “Creative U” in Brighton.  Right on Main St. and Miss Lisa was wonderful.  She use to teach art and decided to open her own place in Brighton 3 years ago.  Belle was excited to paint circles.

Owen was a bit more serious – he went for a sunset background and a tree . . . .

Big brother had to quick dry his canvas before layering on some colors . . . and little sister had to quick dry as well, lol.

These two munchkins are the best!

Time for lunch . . . we’re starving (starving artists – LOL)!
