This weekend, Mom, Pete & Amie (the Bride-to-Be) came up for Belle’s 1st Birthday Party.  So while we were together we decided to have a little wine tasting for the wedding. Party pics tomorrow 😉

This little Angel Face is turning ONE on Sunday!!!!! Time flys!!!!

It’s a “Love Letter Box” . . .  hmmmmm wonder what that’s for, LOL!  We got the box at “Michaels” and I just used some “Cabot” polystain in Dark Oak (same stain as their “card box”) and cut the letters out on my Cricut.  I applied the letters with Mod Podge. Purdy cute! 😉

Spray paint is your friend and they have great colors out these days.  Spray paint is such an inexpensive way to change the look of just about anything.  Amie & Matthew’s Wedding colors are Navy & Coral with touches of gold, burlap & sunflowers.  We found these little pre-cut tags at Michaels for about 60 cents a piece.  I have to say, I do love posting these cute projects but leaving the details as a surprise, so no, I can’t tell you what they’re for.  🙂

I spent the weekend in the Springs with the kids & Matthew’s parents.  We went to cake tasting, the tent rental place and the florist.  Things are coming along!!

Spent Saturday finishing up the Wedding Banners! So glad those are done – 24 pennants & 168 flags!! Yes, I am a good mom – lol 😉

I had to get this for the farmhouse and I think this might be the only summer Owen can still ride this tractor – dang he’s getting tall!  He was so excited I couldn’t take the pic fast enough.  We still need to add the stickers and the trailer but soooo much fun! He was having a blast! Soooooo . . . conversations with Owen . . .  we went inside to have a snack and he says to me (out of the blue), “so Grammy when are you going to get a husband so I can have a grandpa”? I said “what”?????? He repeats himself and I said “well, I thought you liked it, just me and you”? Owen says, “wellllll yeah, but I can’t be here all the time and you’re alone”.  Oh my word that little muffin man!!  I said, “well Grammy is kinda busy these days and you do have some grandpas already right”? He say, “yeah, I just want a grandpa here”.  Ohhhhhhh myyy, almost made me want to sign back up for online dating – NOT!!!! lol 😉
