Baby Firecrackers
Robin & I have been besties for several years now and we are seriously twins born of different mothers! She & I think the same, love the same foods and love the same cloths. It’s crazy, whenever we’re out to lunch we end up ordering the same thing and if we’re shopping, one of us will be holding up a sweater that the other all ready has in her hand! We found out on the same day that we were becoming grandmothers and my Belle was born 2 weeks before her Olivia! To keep the tradition going we’ve decided that our granddaughters should benefit from our great taste!! LOL, so when I was in Texas visiting them, Robin and I bought matching outfits for “our girls” . . . here they are – little sweet pea on the left (Belle) and little peanut (Olivia) on the right. P.S. Belle has gained 5 lbs and grown 5 inches in the last 2 months!! 😉
A Safe & F.U.N. 4th to you all!!!
More Family
This past weekend my brother, Randy was at an Arm Wrestling Tournament at Harrah’s in Reno, NV which happens to be where our sister & her family live. Way to go “Weave”, he took 4th! Great pics Angel & I love your haircut! 😉

“Fixer Upper” HGTV
I absolutely love these guys, Chip & Joanna Gaines from Waco, Texas. Such a cute & talented couple! They have their own farm called Magnolia Farms & their design business is called Magnolia Homes. I love the way they can take a dump (sometimes literally) and fix it up! I need a Chip Gaines!! Fun show to watch! Chip is the muscle and JoJo is the designer. They inspire me as I search for my own fixer upper. Still getting things done at my house – getting a new roof next week – thank you God for the last hail storm – lol. Trying to find a house with character and a little land in this market is a bit tough but faith keeps me plugging along. Here is a link to their website: http://magnoliahomes.net/contact-us/
Kitchen Reveal!! Finally ;)
So I’ve been a bit distracted with life in general, lol. My kitchen is done and it was fairly easy to turn it from Meditterean to Country because I kept my wall colors the same. Most of my stuff came from Home Goods or Hobby Lobby. If you remember I had covered the seat cushions on the dinning chairs with that Country Gingham. I had some scrap left over that was JUST enough to do the curtain. I left the fabric edges frayed and I tried to re-purpose some of the stuff I already had. Turned out pretty nice if I say so myself! 😉
