Beginning My Quest . . .

Soooo the cowboy search is taking a backseat to my farmhouse search (still searching Christian Mingle though). I found this house for sale about 40 min. north of me. Soooo cute, built in 1915, actually smaller inside than it looks and it’s on 1/2 acre. I’m afraid it needs a bit more work $$$ than I’m willing to put into it, but sooooo cute right!!!!

  $$$ work – still checkin it out . . . but it’s electrical stuff, needs a/c and vents upstairs, windows need fixing . . . not sure about plumbing . . .
